Reenen de Villiers is the founder and senior partner of the firm, bringing more than 40 years of legal and business experience to his clients. Since establishing the practice in 1983, he has built a reputation for combining strategic management principles with a personal, client-focused approach—values that remain at the heart of the firm today.
Being the energetic and dedicated individual that Reenen is, he thrives on challenge and perseverance. He has completed 10 Comrades Marathons, 10 triathlons, and countless cycling events—reflecting the same endurance and discipline he brings to his work. An avid nature enthusiast, he enjoys birdwatching, camping, and exploring the outdoors.
Reenen’s entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and commitment to ethical practice continue to shape the firm’s culture. His ability to build lasting relationships—whether with clients, colleagues, or the community—has been central to the firm’s growth and success over four decades.
